About me
I am a native German and I have completed bachelor degree studies in Technical Translation at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences in Germany. I also studied for one year at the Tampere University in Finland, gaining more knowledge in languages and culture as well as in journalism and media.
Before starting my degree, I was trained as a foreign language correspondent. After completing my training, during my studies and after gaining my degree in Translation I have worked in several companies to acquire a wide range of practical knowledge in languages and business in the fields of global shipping, university administration, graphic design and public relations.
In 2016 I have founded my translation service through which I provide translation, proofreading, editing, localization and transcription mostly in the fields of technology and economics but also in marketing and video games.
I offer high-quality services in English and German for translation agencies, companies and individuals. I always had a huge passion for languages and I am still eager to learn and experience new ones.

Services
Translation – You will need to get a text translated from English into German? Fine! This is my profession and I will give it the attention it deserves to make it a good readable text as the original.
Proofreading – Detailed revision of the target text by checking on grammar, spelling, formatting and punctuation. I will give a second opinion and will help you to extend your text to an excellent one.
Revision/PEMT – Checking of the German content, previously translated from English by another translator or MT. I will focus on consistent terminology and make recommendations where needed.
Localization – You need your game, website or app content transferred into German? Let me help you to adapt your content to your preferred target culture.
Transcription – Are you in need to get a transcription of your recorded material (audio or video)? I will help you to get your English and German content into written words.
